Attorney Fees Provision

The Attorney’s Fees clause is a provision in a contract that identifies who will be responsible for attorney’s fees and other costs should a dispute arise between the two parties. Note: This is not a full contract. This is only a provision to be added to your existing services contract. IMPORTANT: If you already have a contract from TheLawTog®, you do not need this provision; it is already included in your contract language.
