Dried Kombu blades sustainably hand-harvested in the traditional hahoulthlee of Ahousaht. Choose between straight blades or rolls. Uses: Use kombu for home-made dashi, or simmer in soups and hot pots. Use the simmered kombu to make tsukudani. Store in a cool and dry place. May contain traces of fish and/or shellfish. Each bag is 35 grams.
