DESCRIPTION Produced from a selection of exceptional vineyard rows at Lomond Wine Estate in Cape Agulhas, Snowbush marks the return of the estate's iconic white blend, last released in 2013. Crafted from wooded Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Viognier, the wine reflects meticulous vineyard selection, with grapes harvested according to soil type to capture the unique character of each site. Careful oak maturation adds texture and complexity while preserving the freshness that defines this cool-climate wine. 13.5% ABV. TASTING NOTES Nose: Complex floral aromas, stone fruit and subtle minerality. Palate: Soft and rounded with layers of stone fruit, citrus and gentle oak spice, balanced by vibrant natural acidity.
