Artisanal Harvest & Yields: The grapes are meticulously hand-harvested with strict parcel selection, keeping production extremely low (about 1.4 kg of grapes per vine) to maximize juice concentration. Extended Élevage: The winemaking process involves a 5-day cold pre-fermentative maceration, followed by 30 days of post-fermentation maceration. The liquid is then aged for 15 to 22 months in second- to fourth-fill French oak barrels, followed by up to 3 additional years of refinement in the bottle before release.
