E-book: Development Lines Spring Numbers

Over the past year, technical development guidelines were developed for all youth disciplines. These guidelines illustrate the learning process within a single discipline. Using a detailed diagram, we break down phase by phase which aspects need to be learned, which exercises you can use as a trainer, and what you should consider as a trainer during the learning process. An E-book contains: the explanations and videos of all technical components of the development lines; videos with practice material; game tokens; of the high jump, long jump and pole vault. The set of 3 e-books contains the various development lines of running events, jumping events and throwing events.
