Vacuum Easy

The Vacuum Easy is a hot vacuum forming machine with a hood, designed for ennobling with wood and/or laminates and for gluing curved sheets. As part of the Vacuum series, the machine uses vacuum and heat for coating and gluing curved panels. The Vacuum Easy can be used to create curved multilayer panels and apply veneer to curved surfaces. The machine features an aluminum work surface with grooves for vacuum propagation, a 60m³ vacuum pump, and one membrane. Heating on the Vacuum Easy is provided by an upper hood equipped with ceramic resistances and a fan for uniform temperature distribution. The system has a maximum temperature of 110°C.
