Antique 1920s Composition Boudoir Bed Doll French Style Flapper Floral Dress Bonnet

Up for sale is an authentic antique 1920s Art Deco "Boudoir" or "Bed" doll. These long-legged, stylish dolls were popular decorative parlor items placed on beds, sofas, or vanity tables during the Roaring Twenties flapper era. This doll features a hand-painted composition head and lower limbs (arms/legs) with painted high-heeled shoes; cloth body. It is dressed in an original or vintage-period floral print tiered dress accented with black net lace trim, layered petticoat/underskirt, and a matching fabric bonnet. Fair antique condition given its age. There is prominent surface cracking/crazing to the composition finish on the face (notably near the right eye/temple area and cheeks/chin), as well as tears and fraying to the black lace trim and skirt.
