Over time, the outer window scraper rubbers and roof gutter rubbers become hard, shrink or break. This can allow water into the doors and create wind noise around the doors. If left untreated, moisture inside the doors can damage the door panels and cause rust. This bundle includes a new outer window scraper rubber set for 5-door models and a complete roof gutter rubber replacement kit for the left and right sides. The window scraper rubbers have the same general look and fit as the original parts. Minor trimming may be required for the best fit. The roof gutter kit replaces only the rubber attached to the existing metal roof gutters. It does not include the complete metal gutter trims. Only 18 bundles are available. Once these are sold, this bundle will no longer be offered in this combination. Fitment Fits Golf MK2 and Jetta MK2. The window scraper rubber set is for 5-door models only and fits both early and late model cars. The roof gutter rubber kit fits 3-door and 5-door Golf MK2 and Jetta MK2 models. The rubbers can be cut to the correct length during installation. For the roof gutter kit, the old rubber must be removed from the original metal gutter trims. The new rubber is then cut to size and installed using the supplied adhesive and clips. An installation guide is included with the order. Notes The window scraper rubbers are not compatible with chrome window trims. Chrome trims require special cut-outs in the rubber. The roof gutter kit contains replacement rubbers only. The original metal roof gutter trims are not included. With only 18 sets available, this is a good chance to replace both problem areas in one go.
