Rum and Que Lamb and All Purpose Rub

The taste of Aotearoa, in a shaker. Rum and Que made this rub with Hellers Sharp Blacks to celebrate the flavours of home. It's herby and savoury, built on native New Zealand herbs like kawakawa and horopito, with thyme and garlic added in. It was made for lamb, but it's just as good on beef, venison, chicken and roast vegetables. You can also stir a spoonful into soups and casseroles for extra depth. It's the one to keep by the barbecue and the stove.
