Intended as a more "economical" alternative to our standard pieces without sacrificing quality, this table achieves a simple, clean aesthetic through expert minimalism and masterful handwork. The table’s character is defined by a balance of structural strength and delicate detailing: Traditional Joinery: Built with authentic pinned mortise and tenon joinery, ensuring the frame remains robust and stable for a lifetime of use. Signature Pinned Tenons: The square-pinned tenons are left visible as a hallmark of our hand-craftsmanship, adding a human touch and a sense of history to the design. Refined Silhouette: The solid wood top is supported by four elegantly tapered legs, creating a light visual footprint that fits comfortably in both modern and traditional dining rooms. Hand-Planed Surface: Like all ShackletonThomas furniture, the 1 1/4" thick top is finished with a hand-planed texture that reflects light beautifully and feels exceptionally smooth to the touch. Premium Hardwoods: Available in American Black Cherry or American Black Walnut, with each piece selected for its continuous, rich grain.
