Our black tiger prawns are wild caught, leaving the natural mangrove eco- system in tact. These prawns are renowned for their excellent sustainability status. It has a firm texture and turns a lovely red colour when grilled or cooked. It costs a little more than the Vannamei variety of prawns that we stock but offers a different flavour experience!
