BKTT Icing Limited Warranty 30 day Limited Warranty BKTT warrants the icing to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 60 days (2 months) from the original date of purchase. What Is Covered During the warranty period, BKTT will, at its sole discretion, replace or credit any icing found to have a manufacturing or formulation defect under normal and intended storage and use. What Is Not Covered This warranty does not cover damage, spoilage, or failure resulting from: Contamination, dropping, or abuse after delivery. Improper storage, incorrect refrigeration, or failure to follow temperature guidelines. Exposure to moisture, excessive humidity, or environmental damage. Melting or separation caused by excessive heat or inadequate climate control. Normal separation, settling, or changes subject to standard shelf life and time. Modifications, mixing with third-party ingredients, or alterations performed by anyone other than BKTT. Damage caused by incompatible baking products or improper application techniques. Cosmetic variations (such as minor color shading shifts) that do not affect product performance or safety. Warranty Requirements To make a warranty claim, customers must provide: Proof of purchase from BKTT or an authorized distributor. A description of the issue (including batch or lot number, if applicable). Photos or videos showing the problem, if requested.
