This release takes the idiom Go the Extra Mile. When Benriach’s own production was silent (1900-1965), its floor maltings remained active to process and supply grain/malted barley for the Longmorn distillery, down the road. The nose opens with dried orange peel, a hint of Walnut Whip cream, fresh honey and malt sweetness. The palate continues the sweetness with toffee, overripe mango and dried herb butter, leading to a long, sweet finish. Non-chill filtered. No added colouring. 70cl.
