Spontaani Kukasta Kukkaan Shirt

The Spontaani button-up shirt has a fitted straight cut and it features the Kukasta Kukkaan pattern which is printed in Helsinki. The shirt has a button closure and side panels. The long sleeves have wide cuffs with slits and button closures. This product is made of cotton twill which contains 96% organic cotton and 4% elastane. Our shirts are cut using the whole width of the fabric and therefore their appearance may vary. Each item is unique. Erja Hirvi brought the joyfully blossoming Kukasta kukkaan print to life during a burst of creativity at her summer retreat fully immersed in floral inspiration. The loosely conceived pattern emerged as she painted capturing the myriad ways flowers appear in nature. The Finnish name of the design translates to “from flower to flower” – a nod to the playful flight of bumblebees among summer blooms.
