When using a Heavy-Duty spring with the Stock casting pressure plate, you may find that neutral is difficult to find. This is caused by the retaining ring flexing in the pressure plate. In response to this, AIM has created a Billet Pressure Plate that is much stronger than the stock unit with zero flex. We relocated the retaining ring so the contact point is solid. Resulting in a 10% improvement in clutch separation and increased ease in finding neutral. This Billet Pressure Plate is specially designed for our VP clutch, but can be also used with stock components as well. Instruction
