We believe decaf coffee should receive the same level of attention as the rest of our coffees. Therefore we work hard to not only find delicious decaf, but roast it with just as much care. With tasting notes of cocoa nibs, toffee, and a nutty finish, this is an excellent example of what a decaf coffee can be. The coffee is first washed and then decaffeinated using the Mountain Water process, meaning the green coffee is decaffeinated in an entirely chemical-free way! How great is that!
