Tasting Note A full and fresh wine with lifted plum, cherry and spice aromas. The palate is juicy and ripe with a long lingering finish. Technical Note Sourced from vineyards in Geelong, Victoria. Crushed and de-stemmed to tank and fermented using wild yeast and left on skins for 7 days. Using minimal intervention the wine is shown in its purist form. .
