Our Have Mercy Flares with Fringe are handcrafted from our signature stretch burnout velvet featuring a rich stained-glass inspired pattern that catches the light with incredible depth. The velvet motifs seem to glow against the sheer mesh base, creating an effect that changes with every step. Finished with long black fringe cascading from the side seams, these bells were made to move.
