860JF - Polyurea Joint Filler - 600mL

- High-Performance Semi-Rigid Polyurea – SIMIRON 860JF is a high-performance, semi-rigid polyurea engineered for filling control and construction joints in concrete floors. It provides the ideal balance of strength and flexibility to accommodate floor movement without cracking or pulling out. - Convenient Dual-Component Cartridge Format – Pre-packaged in a dual-component cartridge that loads into a standard dual-cartridge gun for fast, precise dispensing with no separate mixing required. Ideal for smaller jobs, repairs, touch-ups, and tight spaces. - 100% Solids & VOC Free – Formulated as a 100% solids, VOC-free system, making it suitable for indoor and food-grade environments. It is environmentally responsible and free from the off-gassing and odor issues common with solvent-based joint fillers. - Fast-Setting with a Generous Shave-Time Window – The fast-setting formula helps return floors to service quickly, while the generous shave-time window gives installers adequate time to finish joints flush with the surrounding concrete surface. - Excellent UV Resistance & Moisture Insensitive – Provides excellent UV resistance for sun-exposed areas and cures reliably even when concrete substrates are not perfectly dry, helping reduce delays caused by moisture concerns. - Protects Joint Edges from Spalling – Supports and protects concrete joint edges from heavy loads and wheel traffic, helping reduce spalling, chipping, and deterioration in warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and other high-traffic floors. The tintable formula accepts SIMIRON tints for custom color matching.
