Italian workmanship and well-thought-out operation turn the daily use into a ritual that becomes more familiar and precise every time. Double boiler and brewing group A Double boiler-System completely separates coffee and steam: The brass coffee kettle holds 200 ml, the steam and hot water kettle holds 600 ml. This means the brewing temperature remains stable while you froth milk. The saturated brewing group with a stainless steel heating element accommodates LELIT58 portafilters, and a three-way valve dries the coffee puck after it has been brewed. Pagaia Flow Control The patented electronic Pagaiasystem gives you control over the water flow via an ergonomic lever and adapts the extraction specifically to each roast. A new, low-noise pump ensures a quiet connection. LCC control This LCC (LELIT Control Center) with a high-resolution OLED display makes the machine programmable. You set the extraction profile and brewing time for both coffee buttons so that the brewing ends without stopping manually. You can set the coffee and steam temperature individually, and the rinsing and cleaning cycles can be activated. Processing and details The brushed stainless steel housing with cup warmer is made by smoked oak added to the rotary knob and feet. The combustion-free, multi-directional steam nozzle with 3-hole nozzle and the permanently installed hot water nozzle round off the machine.
