J.V. Higginbottoms - ASBURY PARK - Vintage Style T-Shirt in Light Colors

J.V. Higginbottoms hung its sign right over the door: An Uncommon Restaurant & Seaside Saloon. Asbury Park remembers it as the beachside restaurant and bar right next door to the Stone Pony, the kind of place where dinner turned into drinks and drinks turned into catching a band next door. The restaurant is long gone, but plenty of people still ask about it. If you ever ate, drank or worked at Higginbottoms, this one's yours. This design is recreated from the restaurant's own sign: An Uncommon Restaurant over J.V. Higginbottoms & Seaside Saloon, in the sign's heavy old-style serif lettering, with Asbury Park, NJ added underneath. It's printed in black ink with a worn-in, distressed finish, so it looks like a shirt that has been through a few hundred washes, and the Sand is the closest match to the cream lettering on the sign.Printed to order on a Gildan 64000 softstyle tee: 100% ring-spun cotton at 4.5 oz/yd² (153 g/m²), quarter-turned so there is no crease down the center, with shoulder-to-shoulder taping and double stitching at the neckline and sleeves. Sport Grey is a 90/10 cotton-polyester blend and the heather colors are 65/35 polyester-cotton. The chest graphic runs 11 inches wide, set about two inches below the collar.Size guide LENGTH (inches) WIDTH (inches) S 28 18 M 29 20 L 30 22 XL 31 24 2XL 32 26 3XL 33 28
