Upcycled French Country Writing Desk, Dried Sage Finish, Pigeonhole Storage

A characterful vintage writing desk, lovingly reimagined in a beautiful Dried Sage shade, with decorative scalloped detailing, turned legs and an abundance of practical storage. This one-of-a-kind piece brings together two separate pieces of furniture to create something entirely new. The upper section features an attractive arrangement of pigeonholes, open compartments and three small drawers, while the desk itself has two generous front drawers with beautiful ornate metal handles. Finished throughout in Dried Sage, a muted neutral with grey-green undertones, the desk has been carefully distressed to highlight its curves, raised edges and vintage character. The subtle colour works beautifully with the aged-style hardware and traditional silhouette, creating a piece that feels timeless rather than trend-led. The shaped back, scalloped trim and elegant turned legs give this desk plenty of personality, while the varied compartments offer practical places to keep stationery, notebooks, correspondence and treasured little objects. Perfect as a writing desk, a home office feature, a creative workspace or a distinctive piece for a bedroom or living space, this is furniture with character, history and a completely individual finish. As with all one-of-a-kind pieces from Upcycled by Nicci, no two are exactly alike. This desk has been thoughtfully transformed to give it a new lease of life and many more years of use.
