Any cancellation charge must reflect justified costs, accounting for savings and resale; the deposit is not automatically forfeited. Transfer to a future workshop may be arranged by agreement, subject to availability, price differences and justified costs. If we cancel, workshop payments will be refunded, or you may voluntarily choose a transfer to a future workshop. For safety concerns or a deteriorating security situation, we may cancel up to one month before departure. Mandatory consumer and traveller rights, including rights arising from extraordinary circumstances closer to departure, remain unaffected. Existing individual booking agreements remain unchanged.
