Tele Vue made it for its smaller, travel-easy refractors. The Tele-Pod Head The self-contained alt-azimuth head comes with a handle, accepts optional encoders, and fits any camera tripod with a 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 stud. Its cradle interior is 5-5/16" (135mm) wide and 2-1/2" (64mm) high. Aluminum Tripod The black-anodized aluminum tripod legs have three sections, with rubber-tipped feet and spiked feet included, a bubble level, glove-friendly locking clamps and a carry bag. Telescope height ranges from about 29" to over 60". Add the Eyepiece Caddy The Tele-Pod has no accessory tray, so Tele Vue highly recommends its Eyepiece Caddy Set, sold separately.
