I believe the quality of our relationships with others often begins with the relationship we have with ourselves. I’m a Certified Sexologist with the American Board of Sexology, a BSN-prepared Registered Nurse, and a Certified Somatica Coach, specializing in intimacy, embodiment, communication, and meaningful connection. I’m also a married mother of six in a blended family, so I understand that relationships don’t exist in a vacuum — they’re shaped by real life: parenting, competing responsibilities, changing identities, stress, past experiences, and the challenges of staying connected through it all. My approach blends evidence-informed education with the experiential, embodied principles of the Somatica® Method. Together, we move beyond simply talking about what isn’t working and explore how you actually experience connection, desire, vulnerability, boundaries, pleasure, and intimacy in your body and relationships. I work with individuals and couples who want to deepen intimacy, strengthen communication, reconnect with desire, better understand their relational patterns, or simply feel more confident and authentic in how they show up — with themselves and the people they love. My sessions are collaborative, judgment-free, sex-positive, and tailored to where you are right now. You don’t need to have the “right” words or know exactly what needs fixing. Curiosity is enough. Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge or thinking, “Things aren’t necessarily bad, but I know they could feel better,” there’s room to explore. Come as you are. We’ll start there.
