TASTING NOTE: Summer in a glass, lemon lime and citrus all prominent, white peach and a touch of sea spray on the nose, exceptional length and acid, such a delight to drink VINEYARD: Vine Vale - Magnolia Road, sandy loam/ sand, great drainage, tends to lift aromatics. VINIFICATION: Barrel fermentation then back to barrel on fine lees post fermentation for 4 months.
