London Lonely Girls Club x Wellverse ROWBOTS SWITCHOn Class

Calling all our fitness girlies, you asked, and we’ve answered! Join us on Saturday 24th October as we team up with ROWBOTS for their iconic SWITCH ON class! A 50 minute class, for the ROWBOTS signature #SwitchOn partner workout, encouraging you to let loose and feel free, reducing self-doubt and motivating you to have some fun alongside a group of other fabulous LGC girlies! The class is open to all fitness levels. The class is designed to challenge you, whatever your level, but always at your own pace. You’re in control of your workout from the weights you choose to how far you push each movement. The ROWBOTS coaches are there to support you throughout, offering progressions and regressions so you can move in a way that feels right for you. Trainers and comfortable clothing are required. All the key details: When: Saturday 24th October, 13:30pm Where: FRAME Kings Cross What: The cost for this event is £22.95 and includes the full instructor led fitness class and access to the facilities at the super cool FRAME Kings Cross.
