"GOETIA" garter belt is handmade from stretch satin elastic with velvet backing for a soft touch to the skin and a smooth, shiny finish. Simply customize with adjustable slider buckles. Our harnesses are considered accessories. The GOETIA high-waisted black garter belt can be worn under or over clothing. Adjustable via nickel-free branded silver hardware fitting sizes 0-22US/4-26Aus. This belt does NOT have attachment clips. GOETIA garter belt has free-falling arms for decoration, which are able to move freely around the design for numerous styling looks.
