Heart on My Sleeve: An Upcycling Workshop

You can wear your heart on your sleeve (or your chest!) after you join us in making our own upcycled garments to show how we really feel. Wear your new piece to the polls or just around town, make as many as you want! We'll use techniques like raw edge applique, double sided fusible adhesives, and hand applique to upcycle our garments to give them new life. We encourage you to bring something you have already or thrift something for the occasion! Sewing skills are not required but are encouraged and VERY helpful. (Check out our Learn to Sew class series if you need to start there.)
