Sylva x Heckfield Place

Sylva Sugi is a special release created in collaboration with Dominic Turner, Head Arborist of the Hampshire country house hotel Heckfield Place. An aged non-alcoholic spirit made with einkorn wheat and wood from four trees found within Heckfield's arboretum: A Japanese cedar (sugi), a giant redwood, a sweet chestnut and a silver birch. Crafted at Sylva's maturation laboratory, Sylva Sugi captures the flavour of a single estate forest, one sip at a time. A woodland, bottled.
