2027 Mastering Birds in Flight - New Mexico

Join Lee Hoy in south central New Mexico for the most in-depth and transformative workshop for your wildlife photography, Mastering Birds in Flight. We will photograph at nearby destinations that offer huge flocks of Sandhill Cranes, Snow Geese, Ross's Geese, waterfowl and more! Photographing birds in flight is an exhilarating pursuit and one of the most technically demanding forms of photography. It requires sharp reflexes, complete command of your gear, and the ability to make split-second adjustments in unpredictable conditions. Without a proven system to guide you, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, frustrated, and miss the shot entirely.
