Pomaderris apetala

Pomaderris apetala, also known as native dogwood is an endemic Tasmanian native with dense, dark green foliage and attractive pale, hairy undersides to the leaves. In spring, small golden-cream flowers are produced in dense clusters at the ends of the branches, providing a valuable food source for native bees and beneficial insects. Notably, Pomaderis apetala responds well to trimming and pruning, making it a useful native for formal hedging and screening. typically 2m wide x 4m high full sun to part shade
