Haida Raven Ring

This Haida Raven ring is hand-carved in sterling Silver by Carmen Goertzen from the Haida Nation. The ring is about 3/8 of an inch or close to 1 centimeter wide. Mischievous and curious, the Raven plays many important roles in Pacific Northwest Coast Culture. For some, he symbolizes creation, transformation, knowledge, prestige as well as the complexity of nature and the subtlety of truth. As each ring is hand-carved, the carving may vary slightly from the images. In some cases, the design will be the same but the Raven will be facing the other direction.
