The classic Log Cabin Quilt Block is built from a center square surrounded by beautifully balanced “logs” of fabric. Strips are added one at a time in a smooth spiral around the center, creating the iconic light and dark (two-color) contrast that makes this block so striking and endlessly versatile. Perfect for beginners and seasoned quilters alike, the Log Cabin uses only straight strips, no triangles or tricky seams, making it super easy and incredibly fun to embroider.
