Cooking Instructions • Wash 1 lb of paneer or chicken thoroughly. • Marinate with salt and chilli powder, then lightly fry until golden brown. • Mix the entire pack of masala with 300 ml of hot water to form a coarse paste. • Heat 75 g of butter and 25 ml of cooking oil in a pan. • Add the masala paste and cook gently until the butter and oil separate, releasing the rich aroma of the spices. • Pour in 500 ml of water, or adjust to your preferred gravy consistency, and simmer for a few minutes. • Add the fried paneer or chicken and cook until it is well coated with the gravy and the flavors are fully infused. • Finish with 50 g of butter or fresh cooking cream and garnish with dried fenugreek (methi) leaves, if desired. • Serve hot with naan, roti, parotta, jeera rice, or steamed rice for a truly satisfying meal.
