PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY TO THE END BEFORE MAKING YOUR ORDER How to order As a rule of them and for guidance only; Just count your steps and order accordingly 1 step will require 0.5m length of runner to cover it. Over 6m long and your runner may come in 2 sections for ease of transport. It will make NO difference to the fitting however, if you want it in one section please contact us before ordering. It takes a little longer and costs a little more. Please note well Pictures displayed are a guide only, as colours can vary dependent on your monitor/tablet/phone - we highly recommend you request a sample piece before you order to make sure you are happy - we send them, out free. Here is a great video that explains how to do that: https://youtu.be/YlXagjGdv8w How to measure for a stair runner Winding stairs, platforms and landings A straight runner won't fit on a curved or winding stair. You need a special piece cut for that. You can order these on the left but please be aware we are going to need a template sent to us in the post in order for us to cut them to the correct size. On a final note On a final (final!) note, please be aware that a lot of time, cost and care goes into creating your runner. Regardless of where you purchased it from, if you have bought it on a whim with the intention of sending it back if it isn’t quite right, We urge you to reconsider, cancel your order and just request some samples so you can be sure of your purchase. We send them out free. This is a bespoke, hand-made item and we are not liable to accept returns.
