Bannockburn Pinot Noir 2025: From vines planted between '76 and '07; 20% whole bunches and 25% new oak. A light, bright cherry red. Red fruited, with wild hedgerow, roses and a melange of spices. This is really lifted and perfumed on the bouquet. Light to medium bodied, this builds nicely across the palate with superfine and persistent tannins and bright acidity, giving the wine both structure and length. I can see this filling out very nicely over the next few years. Drink 2025-2033. 95 points Philip Rich - James Halliday's Wine Companion Bannockburn Chardonnay 2025: There are yellow stone fruits characters here, and an array of sweet spice notes, but it’s the flesh, the rush and the juice of grapefruit and ripe pear flavours that both dominate and seduce. This wine really does make you dive quickly in for more. There’s a subtle smokiness, some tonic and mineral-like notes, and an especially noticeable (extra) linger to the finish. This is one of those wines where the acidity itself feels flushed with flavour. The aftertaste then adds some pebble-stone characters, just because it can. What a wine. 96 points. Bannockburn Shiraz 2023: The earliest planting in 1974 were Shiraz vines and the characterful and unique expression of this variety has been integral to the development of Bannockburn Vineyards.
