- Suitable for hard or soft water, Amplex 500 is non-toxic and non-tainting; it can be applied to floors, walls, utensils and other food preparation equipment and is suitable for use in meat and poultry processors, dairies, beverage plants and most other types of food processing operations. Biocel’s Amplex 500 is suitable for manual disinfection, fogging or soak or spray application. Apply after surfaces have been cleaned and rinsed. Rinse thoroughly after use. Effective against: Gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria (including pathogens of salmonella, campylobacter and listeria species).
