Orlin grows 100% Parainema coffee on his farm, which is resistant to leaf rust. The coffee undergoes a wash process including anaerobic fermentation and mechanical de-pulping before drying in parabolic solar dryers.
- The process includes 48-hour anaerobic fermentation and 15 hours of controlled fermentation.
- The coffee is dried for 15–20 days in parabolic solar dryers.
- Defective beans are hand-sorted daily during the drying phase.
