Petit Rouge de la Côte Ouest 2023

This wine is made from Gamay grapes grown on a small parcel planted in 1964 and 1972 in Orcet, Auvergne. The grapes are 80% destemmed and 20% whole clusters, fermented spontaneously in glass fiber tanks with 21 days of maceration. It aged for eleven months in terracotta jars and older barrels before bottling without clarification or filtration.
