Kombucha – Rosa Grapefrukt & Guava

Kombucha is a fermented beverage made by adding a bacterial and yeast culture to sweet tea, resulting in a sour and vinegar-like drink. The culture produces a gel-like mat called a scoby which can be consumed. Kombucha is considered a functional drink due to its probiotic properties.
