Mapei SLU Barrel Cart

Maximize flooring installation speed and protect your crew from heavy lifting fatigue with the MAPEI Self-Leveling Mixing Barrel Cart. Built to transport and dispense mixed compounds across commercial and residential jobsites, this heavy-duty steel cart pairs perfectly with the MAPEI Self-Leveling Mixing Barrel (sold separately). A secure wrap-around barrel band locks the container tightly in place to prevent spinning during high-torque drill mixing and eliminates slipping during tipping. Engineered with balanced rolling casters, it glides smoothly over rough, unlevel concrete substrates, while the ergonomic dual-handle frame allows operators to pivot and pour full 3-bag batches with complete control and surgical placement. Key Features: Controlled Precision Pouring: Balanced pivot mechanism lets one operator easily tip and pour heavy mixes without physical back strain. Secure Barrel Retention Band: Heavy-duty cinch band hugs the mixing barrel snugly, locking it fast during mixing and preventing slippage during the pour. Smooth-Rolling Jobsite Wheels: Rugged casters navigate textured concrete, expansion joints, and rough subfloors without jolting or splashing. Ergonomic Double-Handle Frame: Dual handle grips provide maximum steering leverage and balanced weight distribution when moving heavy slurry. High-Efficiency Batch Prep: Keeps mixing, transit, and pouring grouped into a single continuous station to accelerate self-leveling setup times. Heavy-Duty Steel Construction: Powder-coated steel tubing resists jobsite impacts, chemical washdowns, and corrosive cementitious slurries. System Engineered: Designed specifically for seamless integration with the MAPEI Self-Leveling Mixing Barrel.
