Fruitcake - Dundee Berries

Dundee Berries Fruit Cake is a delicate cake aged with whisky. It is handcrafted in the Charlevoix region but inspired by cakes once prepared for members of the British Crown. Since Queen Charlotte hated candied cherries, her chef created a version where almonds act as jewels on the crown: the Dundee Cake. This light-colored cake is dominated by aromas of almond and vanilla. It features a delicious mix of candied citrus fruits, raisins, cranberries, and goji berries.
