Operating in a quiet, small-group setting (maximum 3-4 students per group), Lisa utilizes evidence-based, Orton-Gillingham inspired methodologies to transform struggling readers into confident, independent learners. We are offering several specialized, age-tailored pathways: 🔤 CoreDecode (Grades 1–6): [Wednesdays Nov. 18 to Feb. 10 @4:30pm-5:30pm (no class on Dec. 23)] Focuses on explicit phonics, phonological awareness, syllable knowledge, and decoding strategies to build a rock-solid reading foundation. This is a group class with up to 6 students. 📖 CoreRead (Grades 1–6): [Wednesdays Nov. 18 to Feb. 10 @5:30pm-6:30pm (no class on Dec. 23)] Designed for students with foundational skills who need a boost in reading fluency, vocabulary expansion, and deep reading comprehension. This is a group class with up to 6 students. ✍️ CoreWrite (Grades 1–6): [Wednesdays Nov. 18 to Feb. 10 @6:30pm-7:30pm (no class on Dec. 23)] Structured writing instruction tailored to your child's age—covering morphology, sentence construction, and paragraph editing to help them express their ideas clearly. This is a group class with up to 6 students. 👩🏼Private Lessons (Grade 1-6): [Tuesdays and Thursdays (55 minutes) @4:30pm, 5:30pm or 6:30pm] One-on-one personalized lessons to meet the needs and pace of each student.
