Boston Fern

Boston Fern is the classic: big, lush, arching green fronds that soften up any room, porch or hanging basket. It loves humidity, so bathrooms and kitchens are great spots. A good fit: For someone who can check moisture regularly and keep conditions steady. Care at a glance Light: Bright, filtered indirect light Water: Moderate to high; keep the soil evenly moist Care: Beginner to Intermediate Pets: Listed as non-toxic to cats and dogs. Keep away from pets that chew. Growth: Full, arching fronds Nephrolepis exaltata 'Bostoniensis' What arrives One live plant in the selected option. Pot size refers to the container, not the plant’s height. Leaf patterns, size, and growth vary naturally; photos show examples. A little plant advice Dry indoor heat in winter is what makes fronds crispy, so set it near a humidifier or group it with other plants. When it arrives, give it 2-4 weeks to settle in before you repot. Shipping & arrival See our shipping policy for processing and delivery details.
