🌴 SARASOTA TCG TRADE DAY — VENDOR TABLES TCG Trade Day returns to Sarasota! Join us Sunday, October 11th at the Sudakoff Conference Center for another full day of buying, selling, trading and connecting with the Sarasota TCG community! 📅 Sunday, October 11th ⏰ 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM 📍 Sudakoff Conference Center 5845 General Dougher Place Sarasota, FL 34243 This event will feature 50+ vendors with Pokémon, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering and more, with FREE admission and FREE parking for attendees. 🎟️ VENDOR TABLE OPTIONS All individual vendor tables are 6-foot tables. End Section — $500 Includes THREE 6-foot tables grouped together in one of the designated End Sections shown on the vendor map. Section A — $150 per 6' table Section B — $125 per 6' table Please refer to the vendor map when booking. Each End Section includes three 6-foot tables for $500. Table placement is based on the specific section/table selected at checkout. Vendor tables are non-transferable without prior approval from TCG Trade-N-Play. Vendors must provide a clean, professional table covering. Vendors are responsible for their merchandise and personal property throughout the event. All vendors must be completely set up before doors open at 10:00 AM. This is a family-friendly event. Vendor merchandise, displays and conduct must be appropriate for a family audience. Detailed load-in, parking and event-day instructions will be emailed to registered vendors prior to the event. 📸 PHOTO & MEDIA NOTICE Photography and video recording will take place throughout the event.
