Hugging the Mediterranean coast in Southwest France’s Languedoc, their sun-baked vineyards sit just 0 to 20 metres above sea level. The 2025 vintage enjoyed a beautiful harmony of warm sun and cool maritime breezes over limestone soils, preserving the grape's signature vibrancy. Pouring a pale, glinting gold, this white wine explodes with hawthorn blossoms, zesty grapefruit, and a distinct salty, seaside freshness.
