Decaffeinated Risaralda : Colombia We were thinking... what do us modernists love? Cycling, a Negroni or two, Italian design, and of course, an early morning espresso. So we set about creating our very own coffee, and we've decided to keep things simple and call it... coffee. We introduced our first coffee in 2025 and will be rotating our roasts seasonally. Producers receive support with fermentation management, drying techniques, and lot separation, while shared drying facilities and quality control labs help maintain consistency across the network. By organising producers collectively and building long-term relationships with international buyers, Red Santuario aims to provide more stable market access while helping farmers capture more value from higher-quality coffees.
