FAQ Questions, answered Size & placement Is this size right for my room? At 55 cm (21.7″) wide, it suits bedrooms, nurseries and dressing rooms of about 3 × 3.6 m (10 × 12 ft). How high should it hang above a table? Leave 76–91 cm (30–36″) between the tabletop and the lowest petals, over a table 90 cm (35″) or wider. Will it work with a lower ceiling? Yes. It is only 50 cm (19.7″) tall; in walkways, keep at least 2.1 m (7 ft) below the lowest petals. How long is the hanging chain? It comes with a 30 cm (11.8″) chain, and we can make it longer to suit your ceiling. Installation & care Do I need an electrician to install it? We recommend a licensed electrician, as it connects to a ceiling junction box. How are the glass petals packed? Each petal is wrapped and packed separately, then hung on its hook on the frame after the fixture is mounted. How do I clean it? Switch off and let it cool, then dust the petals with a soft dry cloth. Avoid abrasive or chemical cleaners. Can it hang from a sloped ceiling? Yes. The canopy fits sloped ceilings and the chain lets it hang level; we can lengthen the chain for vaulted ceilings. Light & bulbs What bulbs does it use? It takes E14 LED or Edison bulbs. Bulbs are not included. Can it be dimmed? It is not dimmable as standard. Contact us before ordering if you need a dimmable setup. What is the maximum wattage? Use bulbs within the 40W maximum rating; LED bulbs run cooler and use less energy. Which voltage does it support? It works on AC 110–240V, including standard US household power.
