Tributos del Ota is a honey processed Costa Rican coffee from the Romero family’s micromill in Santa María de Dota, in the Tarrazú region, light roasted for filter by AVE Kafferosteri in Halland, Sweden. It comes from the family’s farm, Finca Don Joaquín, and is the Milenio variety. Honey processing leaves some of the sticky fruit layer on the bean while it dries, adding sweetness and body without the heavy fruit of a natural. Expect milk chocolate, almond and citrus. Sold as whole beans only.
